NEXT DOOR mechanic shop review; I didn't not go to 3rd Kind Customz however I went to their neighbor shop that is shown in one of the photos and they are horrible and terrible people, bunch of incomplete work, horrible people, yelling at customers, you are better off going literally anywhere else in houston, Abu Mahdi is a horrible person and that is said by multiple others that have been in business with him, yelled at me for something he messed up, incompetent people, messy environment, trashy customer service, overcharging for work that is not done properly and NEVER accountable for anything, lost multiple car parts when they were attempting to fix my vehicle.
Again this is a review of AlNaser shop, they're are horrible people and Abu Mahdi is a disgraceful human and is horrible to all his customers.

Did a piss poor job on matching the paint on my car door.. not only did they take a month to do the job when they quoted me 3 days.. but I had to come down 5 times when they told me my car was ready for pickup when it clearly wasn’t even worked on most of the times I came to pick it up.. I just want a refund at this point… very disappointed…

Oh Em Gee, from the moment I walked in I was handsomely greeted by Amy but not so much Monica. I told them, what I wanted done to my car and they promptly advised me on the best course of action in how to accomplish my mission in the best way possible. I had the parts and they set me up with an appointment and on the day of, I got all the work done pronto! I love them!!! Thank you 3rd Kind Customs for keeping my ride looking good on these H-Tine streets!! Thanks!! Would recommend 10/10 times.

The work that they do here is great! The staff is good they listen. I have told my customers to come here for repairs or body work. My Roush mustang looks great have alot of thumbs up. I'll be back for more. Thanks again guys keep up the good work 👏

I had a great experience overall, from the phone call where Monica explained to me the process, to coming in and speaking to David and to picking up my vehicle. Hands down the best paint job! Thanks again 3rd Kind Customz!

I really wanted to give this place a higher rating from the start. The owner is easy to talk to and friendly. I brought my motorcycle in to have the tail lights looked at as there seemed to be a short because they sometimes worked. I saw coolant sprayed across the engine as he pointed it out to me and said the radiator had a leak. I was grateful that he caught this. However, really long story short, it shouldn't take you 3 months to do the work. Honestly. The bike cut out at idle on the way back more than a few times and when I finally made it back to the garage, I find the radiator return hose was kinked because it wasn't quite long enough. Not real happy about that. I did give two stars because they managed to fix the tail lights and replaced the radiator - especially after the first one they sourced had a problem. But now I have to deal with a bike that constantly dies.
