Pesimo servicio desde el 30 de octubre del 2018 encargue un bumper para mi dodge y me prometieron q iva a quedar tdo en perfecto estado q ellos me ivan hacer un buen trabajo y hoy es 30 de mayo del 2019 y todavia estoy esperando y no me quieren devolver ni mi dinero ni me quieren hacer el trabajo todos los dias los llamaba y me decian que el lunes legaba y asi llevo 7 meses en esto en especial mark uno de los trabajadores de alli no les recomiendo este taller a nadie lo que hacen es estafar a los clientes ,y no solo yo revisen los comentarios de otros clientes para que vean, Pessimistic service from October 30, 2018 order a bumper for my dodge and they promised me that I would be in perfect condition that they would do me a good job and today is May 30, 2019 and I am still waiting and they do not want me return neither my money nor do I want to do work every day I called them and they told me that on Monday I left and so I have been 7 months in this especially mark one of the workers there I do not recommend this workshop to anyone what they do is cheat to the clients, and not only me to check the comments of other clients so that they see

If I could give it 0 stars I would have, Worst experience I have ever had with a custom car shop. Took my 2011 camaro in to fix a minor fender work and a damaged rim and it took them 5 months for the car to be completed, they expect me to handle all the details between them and the insurance which was not professional at all. They contract other companys to do there work and the company that they use to fix my fender is trash because i still see where the damage was done and no quality inspection was done by 713. Most likely they noticed the fender wasn't fixed properly because they had to install my chrome wrap on the fender which would have been noticiable when walking by it but they didn't care. Then the most disturbing part was that when I did decide to take my car out the shop my wrap was completely destroyed on the opposite side of the car that was not damaged at all. Had a 3 foot section of the wrap damaged that looked like someone tore into it. But of course they denied all responsibility and said it came like that until I showed them pictures of when the car was picked up from my house with no damage. So if you decide to take your car there just please know what you are getting into you have been warned.

I am an accessories manager for a major car dealership in the Houston area. I contracted with this company for many car alarm installations and on a major $6000+ vehicle up fit (lift, wheels, tires, bumpers, lights, bed cover, roof rack etc). The vehicle came back with installed electronic buttons peeling off, wheel balancing weights dropping off (see photos), and a long delay on one of the parts to be installed. Their turnaround times on all orders are nothing like they promised. It turns out they did not have a long term secured supply of alarm parts; contrary to the dependability and turnaround times they promised. Finally it all came to a head with several alarm orders on hold with customers waiting because they did not have the parts. They advised us, several days after we ordered, to use another vendor while they sort out their supply problems, while still promising that they would secure the parts. It was too late for that, our paperwork and vendor selection and cost was set so we accepted several repeated postponements while our customers waited. Finally after 10 days of postponements they said they would definitively no longer install the ordered modules after all and left us in the lurch to scramble to find alternatives. Towards the end they would not even take or return my calls and would communicate by text only. Initially they were easy to communicate with and the manager and account rep were at first professional and returned calls. Until they didn't. Finally it all collapsed spectacularly and we were left with a huge mess and angry customers waiting for their alarms. And of course we could not trust them again with a major lift/wheels/tires upfit because of the shoddy workmanship done on the first one. So disappointing. If they can fail so miserably with a major institutional customer like a dealership, I shudder to think what individuals must suffer.

713 Motoring is a great place for custom car work. These guys are very professional and really pay attention to detail. I was impressed with the customer service. They treat every customer the same whether you have a Toyota Corolla or a Range Rover. 713 Motoring in my opinion is the best custom car shop in Houston.

I was referred to 713 Motoring by a friend of mine who was very satisfied with their services on his car he had just recent got there. With this Houston weather I was needing tint and they educated me about the diff kinds of tint and why some are better than others, so I definitely had to go with the ceramic tint because it actually keeps most of the heat out of my car instead of just a dark film like most other places try to sell you for cheap! Now when I get in my car my leather and dash are so much cooler than before! I highly recommend the guys at 713 Motoring. Ask for Ash or AK.

I highly recommend 713 Motoring for any of your car customization needs. I brought in my 428i BMW for custom wheels, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received. They have a very knowledgeable staff that took their time to help me find the perfect enhancements for my vehicle. I will definitely be going to back for more additions. The best shop in Houston!!

713 Understood my vision I had for my vehicle! They worked a package deal right around my budget including my vehicle wrap and the best window tint on the market 3M Crystalline. Now this film might be more pricey than regular film but its keeping the heat out of my car like nothing I have ever experienced before and worth every penny! Very Well experienced crew & got the job done fast. Def recommend Them
