I've been coming here since I was in 1st grade.I'm 26 years old now so that says a lot. I don't even live in Visalia and I still come to see Dr. Yasuda. He cares for his patients you're not just a check for him. Attentive and polite.

They've been there everytime I've needed to go in for a check up, I mean so far they haven't had any Issues with my Insurance so fair an they have been really Patient with me busy daily schedule an when i need to reschedule a few time. They were really patient an understanding with me. 😇😋

We have been patients of Dr Yasuda for over 10 years. He is great. Quick, but also attentive. The ladies at the front are great with all our insurance questions and recommendations for what to get. I break my glasses quite often, and the office is great too order me a new pair and call when they come in. They fix my glasses for now charge of they can be fixed. Even Dr Yasuda tightened up and fixed my glasses for my last annual visit. I have only positive things to say about this office.

I have been coming here since I was 5. Dr. Yasuda is wonderful but his new office staff sucks. The old office staff was much better than these new girls who can't even clean your glasses before handing them to you. They don't even ask how they work out, if they're too tight, etc.

Dr. Yasuda is very professional and really cares about his patients. I went to him for over 10 years until i moved out of the area. I had to go in for an emergency appointment once to get my eyes checked, i was a recent high school grad with no insurance. He didn't even charge me for the appointment, that just shows you how kind he is. I also appreciated only having to do one eye exam for contacts and glasses, this really saved me a lot of money when i used to pay out of pocket for everything, most places require separate exams for glasses and contacts. Definitely recommend him for the whole family.

I feel like they're way nicer if your not poor. There's no other way I know how to say that. I've been there when I was decently well off & I've been in there when I was barely scraping by & I swear they treated me like they were two different people. If I could I would give 2 review a 1star and a 4star. They do take a long time getting ur prescription done but they have a great selection of cute glasses. Dr. Yasuda got maybe 3out of 5 of our prescriptions right but ya most of us complain that our glasses aren't strong enough or too strong

The staff hardly answers the phone. Called multiple times throughout the day just in case they were busy at that time, but still no answer. I walk in and the girls are just talking and eating with no patients in the facility. Dr. Yasuda is quick and to the point, but should hire decent people. Unfortunately changing optometrist.

My dad came in here and his only language is spanish . He told me the doctor was very nice . That he actually took the time to explain everything. Which no one ever does to my dad : he always leaves doctors appointments with a lot of questions but not here . He will come again .
