I took my car in on Monday which was supposed to be a 2-3 hour diagnostic. My car wasn’t diagnosed for over a week. I was told after it was finally diagnosed that the work would take 4 hours however that again wasn’t the case at all. I was told it take 4 hours for the job to be completed however they are still working on my car days later. I would never recommend this place and will never use them again. I was out of a vehicle for over 2 weeks on a job that should’ve taken 2 days at most. Very disappointing, and very frustrating.

My car was diagnosed and fixed quickly and professionally by the staff at beach auto repair. The service manager and technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that I understood what needed to be fixed and all that would entail. I am more than happy with the experience I had there and also the newly remodeled office was comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend that you use them for any car service you may need. Thank you so much for the great experience! I will definitely be back.

Fast and friendly service at Beach Auto Repair! I had to leave my vehicle with them overnight, and they were very attentive and called to give me updates as the repair took place. In addition, my total bill actually came to be less than what they quoted me for, and it was over $1,000 less than what other shops in the area quoted me for. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for repairs here.

Brought my mini cooper in for engine check, windshield wipers and break lights. They were amazing at explaining everything in details and letting me know before getting anything done. I love these guys trey is so awesome i take my vehicles to beach auto they are very trustworthy unlike some garages just there to take your money . Trey help me out today with my wife mustane and before that these guys help me out with my silverado , thank you guys and thank you trey .

Not one to post bad reviews but the service I received here was honestly disrespectful. First of all, it took them 43 days (Nov 30th-Jan 12th) to put two tires, two rims & a new bumper on my car. Throughout this 43 day period, I was continuously told they were “just finishing it up” and was first guaranteed it would be ready by Dec 21st, then also guaranteed it was going to be ready by Dec 28th. They finally called me Friday, Jan 12th once I was already at work for the night to tell me my car was ready. I came first thing in the morning on Saturday, Jan 13th to pick my car up and was told my insurance had not sent them all the money for my repairs and that I could not take my car unless I paid out of pocket the remainder owed for my car (which would have been $478 on top of my $500 deductible I was already paying). I called back Monday, Jan 15th and was told my insurance had in fact sent the money for my repairs on Friday, Jan 12th and the worker I spoke to Saturday had just not been made aware. I was then unable to make arrangements to come back again to get my car until today (Thursday, Jan 18), as I work and live about 45 minutes away from this shop and have been without a vehicle since the week before Christmas when my rental expired. When I got there today to get my car, the shop then tried to charge me a “storage fee” of over $100 for not picking my car up within 48 hours of it being finished even though I wasn’t able to pick it up when I originally came on Saturday, Jan 13th due to the error on their end. To top it all off, when I got in my car I found that they left their dirty, used paper floor mat crumpled up on the floor of the drivers seat, a bag of a couple small car parts in my cup holder & a dirty used car tool in my trunk. Granted, the car was pretty messy/dirty when it went in but they could have taken 5 seconds to clean up after themselves and not contribute to the mess. I attached photos of the original damage and the items left in my car below.
