I was offered a free subscription due to a security breach of a Merchant's billing information. Since then I have had fraudulent charges on 1 card and 2 new credit card attempts over a 6 month period. AllClear has not caught any of them. I now have my accounts flagged for fraud alerts at all 3 credit reporting agencies, AllClear is still giving me the "All Clear". What a sham.

AllClear ID is pretty much useless when it comes to monitoring your credit. I signed up with them after two of my credit cards were compromised (thanks, Home Depot!) and assumed they'd do their job. And then I got another credit card, and I used it for a month or so. Spent over $1,000. And didn't hear a word from AllClear ID.

I called and was told it can take them up to TWO MONTHS to notify clients that somebody has gotten a credit card under their name.

I immediately went to a free online credit service, where I saw my new credit card listed, and my balance as of the previous day. So, it's possible to monitor your credit. Can AllClear ID do it? Clearly, no. IMHO, their services are actually less than useless, since they might make you think -- as I did -- that they're actually watching out for you, when the truth is nothing of the kind.

Really great corporate culture. The company takes the core values seriously and employees are encouraged to live by them. There is so much opportunity to grow in your career if you are a team player, self-directed and hard-working.

The company is also very client focused. Customer service is a #1 priority.

My husband benefited from AllClear's identity protection services. He was a victim of identity theft, we discovered the theft quickly due to AllClear's fraud alerts. It's scary to think of how much damage could have been done had he not received that alert. The team of investigators helped us take the necessary steps to begin clearing the fraudulent activity off of his record. We were so thankful!

They provide peace of mind more than my credit union does when it comes to notifications of suspicious activity on my accounts. My credit union still notifies me when I shop at a grocery store less than a mile from my house, but not when I buy something on ebay. Glad to have AllClear providing real protection!

Offered credit monitoring from my health insurance. Signed up through health insurance and received e-mail from allclearid stating there was no further action required on my part. They gave out some redemption codes to register other family members. I contacted their customer support line to get help setting up the family members.

1. Each family member has to have an e-mail address and their own profile. So, I have to create an e-mail address for a 6 year old in order for them to be registered. And then I'll have to monitor each child's e-mail for any alerts.

2. The customer service person couldn't find me in their system. Eventually, they put me on hold to find a supervisor but were unable to. I was told to call a separate number for customer service maintenance and see if they could find my account.

If you want real Identity theft protection put a freeze on your credit with all 3 credit agencies. All clear and the like cant guarantee anything,

Horrible, I was signed up and could never get past the log on. Customer Service can't assist. Pin numbers don't work and reseting them gets an "Oops, Something Went Wrong. This company has cannot be legitimate the way they do business.
