Es un excelente lugar para alinear tu vehículo. Me atendieron muy bien, con mucho respeto. Precios muy cómodos en comparación con otros sitios que ofrecen el mismo servicio. También vender y reparan llantas pero pues el motivo de mi visita fue alineación. Recomiendo este lugar sin temor a equivocarme, personas muy profesionales y con sistema de alineación de última tecnología. Honestos y enfatizado en lo que tu necesitas para tu vehículo a la hora de alinear.

I should’ve known this place or the staff wasn’t worth my time or money when a customer pulled a gun out over them messing up his tire on 7/27. I recently disputed a charge for a wheel alignment I didn’t even ask for and was charged for. The staff is aggressive, it’s infested with mosquitoes, and the entire environment is hostile and unprofessional. I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to go here!! The BBB will be hearing from me.

Some of the workers are nice. The Jamaican that wears the hat that worked on my car seemed rude and a bit irritated. The one with the dreaded hair is sweet. The one with the orange hat acted like he didn’t want to be at work and didn’t say hey after I said hey twice to him and thank you about 3 times to him. Can’t stand people like this. If you don’t have customer service you need to be in a warehouse working not only that but my wheel still isn’t aligned 100% I can still feel it turning just a little bit. I would say 97% it’s good but I paid for 100% so idc how close to good it is…it needs to be perfect

If you want your car returned in worst condition than before this is your place. I’m pretty sure they just learning as they go. If they mess up basically it’s oh well

I came here for a wheel alignment. While waiting, went to grab some food, came back, and they said it was done. I paid them and drove off. My car veered all the way to the right. It was obvious no work had been done at all. As soon as I pulled back up to the place, he said" we did the best we could" without me even saying anything and gave me my money back. This could have easily been a scam if I didn't return immediately. They did no work and charged me. He knew he was wrong which is why I didn't even have to tell him how furious I was. I had my whole family in the car thinking it was safe enough to drive. Do not go here.

I’m all about shopping with my people but they will rip you off. Tires mount and balance hood but alignment stay away from here. Doesn’t have the right tools for certain cars, used vise grips instead of a star bit. Machine clearly caster, camber, toe out of align of 2 of my wheels. They told me the “48k” machine will catch if it’s wrong. I work on cars but it’s funny to see these people act as if you don’t know anything. They’re probably going to cost me more money since my tires were new and the alignment wasn’t right. Nice at first then gets aggressive when they know they’re wrong 😂. Pay with card if possible to file a claim if something goes wrong.

Came here to get an alignment done and of course it was something else. Poncho co-owner took care of me.He showed me the part that had to get replaced and if i didnt come it would've been a bad situation for me.I'm so glad i came. I definitely would recommend this place. Great customer service!!
