This place is a joke, we called to see if the car for sale was still available and we were told yes, we asked what time they were open to and he said 7:30pm. So we drove 2 hours to go check this car out, well we get there around 6:20pm and looks like the place is closed. This guys comes out and says he works and lives there so we told him what car we are looking for and he said oh it’s back in that fenced in area, (not to mention all the cars back there are still snow covered not cleaned off) anyway he goes on to say he is tired so we can come back tomorrow and look. I said you told us you were open until 7:30 pm and we just drove 2 hours to get here and it’s only 6:20pm. I said forget it I will look for a car somewhere else! I will never go back there. He was rude and needless to say customer service sucks!! I guess he didn’t want to sell a car that bad. So don’t waste your time going here! This place is not worth it!!

Called to see if a Subaru we were looking at on Car Guru was still on the lot, the salesman said it was. I asked what time they were open to and was told 7:30 P.M.. (The website says 8.) We drove 2hrs to get there and arrived at 6:20 p.m.. Could not pull into the lot as it was blocked with cones and a vehicle. We parked next door and walked over. We were greeted by a man walking out of the building. We told him what we were there for and he said it was in tge fenced In area. He said they were closed. Told him we drove 2 hrs. and he said he was tired, come back tomorrow. Needless to say, we will not be returning there, ever.

I liked the selection of vehicles and the condition of the vehicles, so I brought my daughter to check them out. We visited about 7 other sources before finding Balic.
We ran car fax reports on the vehicles we were interested in and test drive a few before deciding on a 2009 Jetta. We also researched repair reports.

The Maryland state inspection said it needed new tires so we got all michelin tires! The car was clean inside and out. The entire process took about a week since our deposit was a personal check and we had to wait for that to clear . That gave me time to research extended warranty options and get insurance set up and my daughter's name .
I believe their extended warranty option was the thing that led me to focus on them they offer a 90 day warranty for full price and the extended warranty options are a lot cheaper than some of these other places . I thought the price of the car was reasonable .

In reviewing cars we listened to their caution on which cars would be more maintenance and what they could not guarantee .

Within 24 hours the check engine light was on. Balic did nothing but duck us and asked if we had a mechanic we trusted. The item didn't fall under any of the extended warranties. My 19 year old was out an additional $650 for a repair.

I've bought 2 used cars in the past from dealers and never had a problem. For peace of mind you may want to go elsewhere. We feel the check engine light was a cover up they ducked.

The mileage and year to price ratio is insane. 23k for a car with 122k miles on it from 2017….. mind aswell buy new

Car these people they ripped me off the car was over 5000 $6000 repairs with a warranty. Then the guy pulled a gun out. Me gun out on me and called the police and told me to get off of his loss. These people are a scam.

The overall experience was phenomenal! Will was professional, resourceful, and quick. He was able to get me the car that I wanted and it had low miles!! They had great options there and I would definitely recommend. The owner and staff was extremely nice which is rare to find these days
