Highly recommend!!! I found them in Google and went straight for the reviews and even then, I was skeptical since I haven’t always been lucky with new mechanics.
I’m usually somewhat nervous still because I’ve been charged a good penny for work that, I now know, shouldn’t cost much.
So unlike other experiences, I could not be happier with the service at Carlos Best Auto Repair.
The mechanic was super professional and nice. He was also very honest, efficient and explained exactly what my car needed, kept me updated at all times and the prices were fair (I compare prices now). Oh, and not to mention his accuracy.
He was able to get me in immediately to evaluate the situation. You could tell he is knowledgeable. He gave me peace of mind knowing that he was going to get the job done correctly.
So, I am definitely giving them 5 starts. Polite, professional, affordable and efficient. I will be taking my car there again!

I found Carlos through Google, I came with a 15 year old Lexus for a safety inspection, the car did not pass because it had a fault that I did not know about. I am grateful for explaining the situation. After the repair I was accepted without waiting and the verification was very quick. I haven’t lived in the area for too long so I wanted to look for someone I could trust with my car. Carlos best auto was very welcoming and honest and he was direct. Also they don’t take that long to give you your car back which I like since many shops I’ve gone to in the past take up to a week. If you need an honest take about your car problems come here.

I recommend Mr. Carlos Salas and his repair shop very highly. I came here for a Maryland State Inspection and was very impressed right away. Carlos knows the state inspection law and all the standards and rules and follows them rigorously so that he can take care of his customers. He is as knowledgeable as he is honest and those are rare characteristics to find in an auto mechanic. He does not recommend unnecessary work and will examine your car with care and expertise. It is absolutely clear that he cares about his customers and from working with him this time I can see why he gets all these positive reviews. I will definitely bring my car back here for routine maintenance and other issues if I ever encounter them.
