I love these guys! I was passing through to catch a cruise ship and the timing couldn’t be worse. I had no idea who to call or who I could trust. I found the closed shop and called, hoping to find a good, reputable shop. I spoke to Kyle and he got me squared away super quick. He understood my situation and was right on top of everything. He took my info over the phone, explained the process and said he would take it from there. Since we had to catch the boat, I had to trust it would all be taken care of. And boy was it! As soon as they diagnosed the issue, he called with a quote and my approval. Not more that 2hrs later the job was done and the truck was ready for me to pick up! I am very impressed and if I ever break down in Lake Whales again… I know who to call.

Was greeted by Kyle at opening. Very friendly and listened to my description of vehicle issue. He also took it with a grain of salt that my wife and I were arguing in the lobby lol. Matt called with the quote that morning and had my Elantra fixed by afternoon. Great guys / great service.

Judging on what other people have said, it appears if you live in Lake Wales, you might be okay. But as someone who had to have their vehicle towed there when they had an issue driving across the state, I can tell you that if you’re not from town definitely go somewhere else. The shop charged me almost double what the actual part cost for an alternator but since towing the vehicle home would have cost me even more I went ahead with it. Less than 24 hours after picking up my vehicle, I had to take it to another shop because they broke the pigtail that connects to the alternator. I’m sure they will argue that they did not, but either they broke it or they are incompetent and didn’t notice that the wire was broken. I called the shop after this incident and they said I could drive it back over to them (2 hours away) and they would take a look. I’m sure for another diagnostic fee.
