I called earlier that week to get my springs installed and they said i could just bring it in without an appointment. dropped it off at 10 am and picked my car up at around 4 pm. did a great job, excellent customer service, got the job done fast, and was fairly cheap. other shops were quoting me nearly 1000 dollars for an alignment and lowering spring install while they only quoted 600 including the alignment and everything. car looks great and overall i’m satisfied

It took them only 2 days and we were back on the road! How the chassis split like this, I’ll never know. We waited for two months on an insurance claim for our Dodge Tow Truck, but when we got approved, Ron was on it ⚡️lightning fast. Welded and reinforced to the MAX! This frame is indestructible now!

So glad to have our truck 🛻 up and working again. Thanks Ron!

Upd. I went to another service where they did the wheel alignment for $95, so you guys were completely wrong and charged me double the price. They were also able to adjust the camber on the Sprinter, even though you told me it couldn't be done on Sprinters. You couldn't even provide me with a printout of the work performed.

The price is high considering that they adjusted the toe, but didn’t perform the camber alignment. I paid $195. They said that camber adjustment isn’t possible on a Sprinter. Then why didn’t they provide a recommendation for any necessary part replacements, and why did they take on the job if they couldn’t adjust the camber? You should have refunded 50% because only half of the job was completed.

This is the second vehicle I have had a lift kit installed on my truck at Dallas Suspension Co. The quality of work has always been superb. They always treat my vehicle like one of their own. My last kit was missing parts and the owner took the time to fabricate the parts for me and get my truck back in a timely manner. For those claiming he’s racist that’s not right. I’m Black and I was treated the same as anyone else who walked into the building. I’d recommend this shop over any other in DFW. I look forward to doing business with them again.

For owners of lowered or modified suspensions...this is the place to go. These guys know their stuff and are the suspension experts. I highly recommend them not only for their knowledge but fair prices and service.
