The work is good for my old car with a very competitive rate. Even though it took longer than expected to get done, it met expectation at the end. There was a few missing items here and there but Charlie took the effort to correct them. Charlie is very nice to work with. Will definitely consider them for future work.

He answered all my questions professionally and delivered outstanding customer service. I think this is the best mechanical and body repair shop in the DMV area because they care about their customers and take pride in their work and the services they provide to their customers. Also, it is one of the places you can get all your auto repair needs addressed without hassle.

Taking my car here was the best decision I could have made when it comes To having your car fixed from a car accident and getting a back looking like it’s brand new. let me tell you first of all I would have never found out about this place if it was not for Frank which by the way is awesome. But to top it off Charlie took absolute care of everything else very detailed very upfront communication was outstanding. My car was hit and they were able to pick up my car the same day that I called. It took about 1.5 weeks to repair the vehicle at a great price. The outside looked great after the repair, 4 stars bc my backseat had had lots of dirt when returned.
