ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS DOCTOR. Her office is incompetent. Which makes her look unprofessional. She rushed through my Mom”s visit telling us that it was her nurse time to go home ….. they are the ones who gave me a 430pm appointment.
. I asked them to give me a CD with the X-rays they took.
It took me following up with the office to ask for it. 5 different times, only to hear 5 different excuses that it wasn’t ready. FINALLY THE DAY CAME. The CD was Ready. I picked up, and when I went to load it up, a message came up and said : ERROR NO CONTENT TO LOAD. …..you decide …….i wish there were numbers instead of stars….. my review would have been a zero.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Brown for several years and has always received outstanding care and service from her and her staff. Dr, Brown is very thorough and takes all the time needed to listen to her and answer any questions she may have. She has complete trust and confidence in Dr. Brown. Her staff is also very professional and helpful and willing to go above and beyond when needed. Just last week, my wife was having problems with the insurance company on getting a prescription approved. Jessica was on the phone with both my wife and the insurance company at the same time to solve the issue, and she got the problem resolved. They were on the phone until about 7:45 in the evening!! Dr. Brown and her staff have our highest recommendation.

What a DISGRACE the office admin team is! Such a poor reflection of Dr. Brown. My mother-in-law had an appointment today in the Dunedin location and could not find the building for her appointment. She called 3 times to inform them she was having challenges locating their office and left messages to please call her back and assist her. No one ever answered the phone. Upon arriving (now after her scheduled appointment time), they REFUSED to see her, even though they did not answer the phone when she reached out multiple times needing assistance. How despicable that they could not extend patience, courtesy, and understanding when their inaction contributed to this issue, and they did not take any responsibility whatsoever. My husband has seen this doctor in another location and did not experience any issues, so this seems to be an isolated incident where staff members in Dunedin exhibit unprofessionalism and perhaps lack basic customer service training. What a shame!

Im posting this for my husband. I found Dr Brown about 4 months ago. I found her to be a good listener and kind. It did take about 2 months to get my first epidural, but that is not longer than any pain management doctor I've had before. I will continue to see Dr. Brown.

They NEVER answer the phone or return messages. My other doctors called and there was no call back. My pharmacy called and again, no call back. I can't get my prescriptions refilled.
Since, April 20th they told me that they wanted me to have a mri of my left knee. I still haven't had it done because they haven't sent over the order to the hospital or me. But they did call my insurance because they approved it.
Ever since they 'moved' it has been horrible. ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Or tell your patients that you're closed!

Dr Brown has been fantastic. She has helped me so much that I have told all my friends and have recommended her many times. I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t seen Dr Brown.
