Only good about this place is cheap, $40/-. Seems machines are outdated. I’d problem with my alignment after an accident so my mechanic wants to see the pictures of before and after alignment. I told him about this to Harry and he immediately got so mad that he took my car off the dock and refuses to do the alignment. Why is he so secretive about his alignment? Most probably his machines or equipment are outdated and don’t want to show it to anybody. I went to Ram Auto center close by and they asked me to come to the screen to explain about the problems and what they can fix and what not. They told me to take pictures so that I can show to my mechanics.
Harry’s alignment doesn’t fix anything and doesn’t show you anything.

Going to start this with nothing to do with gentle man's great workmanship and hospitality. Very nice guy and have had a car aligned before here! However, this is due to lack of communication. I booked an appointment way in advance because I have a very busy schedule and was heading up from Brooklyn to get my wheels aligned. Long story short, I showed up and was told my car was too low. This could've easily been avoided by saying from the get go "I can't serve any cars with an extended lip". So. If your car is too low, or your car has a long lip. Skip and go somewhere else!

My family has been going to Harry for over 20 plus years and he treats your car as his own. He also test drives the car to make sure it’s absolutely perfect. For anyone that doesn’t know, he’s extremely punctual and professional with his appointments. If he tells you to come in at a time, make sure you show up 15 minutes early, not a single minute after. He’s no joke and respect his time. The greatest aligner on the east coast, probably in the country.

I made an appointment for 2:30 today and rang the bell. “ Oh come back tomorrow “ Paid a toll and wasted my time! They look like they’re boozing in the back. Don’t know how they even get such a high rating ( definitely fake) . Place is dive by the way.
