Fantastic experience with store manager Dillon. Very helpful, personable and gave excellent service when I needed some formal wear on short notice. Highly recommend!

Felicia Guerrero is the only reason why I still shop at this store. She is the only one who helps me find clothing and takes time to look with me. The other two ladies are not helpful at all and have very poor attitudes towards customer service.
Felicia is amazing definitely needs a raise awesome customers service and knowledge

The suits and clothing are nice. . . But there is a lady that works there that is so unhelpful and has absolutely no customer service skills. She doesn't listen to what we are trying to ask and she goes out of her way it seems to make things more complex than they have to be making the customer have to call back multiple times. I call the customer service number and get my resolution but if I call this store it's nothing but a run around.

Went here to get a last minute suit jacket and a pair of pants for a wedding. Oksana was a great help for me, she did everything she could to make sure I had the right clothes I needed for the wedding and in the right size! Great customer service

I was that guy - I showed up to a black suit/tux event with a navy suit. In a fit of panic, I contacted the downtown Austin location to see if they could help me out.

Dillon J and Stephanie H were absolutely incredible. They measured me and completely fitted me out from head to toe, black suit jacket and pants, white shirt, shoes, belt, and tie. It fit perfectly and they even taught me how to wear it. I want to give a HUGE HUGE shout out to Dillon especially. That man really knows what he's doing and how to provide top notch service.

Loved my experience and loved the price point. Please do something for both Stephanie and Dillion if you can. They fully understand how to provide the best guest/shopping experience and it should be recreated across all locations.

Eric walked me through trying on several suit jackets even though I stated up front I was probably not interested in buying, simply in taking garment measurements. He was very polite and offered expert advice on fit. Excellent experience, will be back.

When I walked in I was super nervous as I had never gotten a suit on my own. Dylan made me feel very welcomed, was very informative and super nice. If you come to this location and Dylan is working you’re truly in great hands!

Dealt with an incredibly rude woman there named Oksana.
After I asked for the managers info she proceeded to call him and tell him I was “a big problem”. This place will never get my business.
