My experience with L&M has been the BEST I have had with automotive service companies. I have a 2006 Subaru Tribeca, and the L&M crew has kept it running beautifully.

Personally, they go out of their way to provide excellent service, and this includes helping to get a tow if the car is disabled.

I won’t go anywhere else!

After gmc dealership quoted me thousands, I brought my car to l&m after reading the reviews, not only did the dealership lie about what needed fixed, l&m were able to fix the actual problems for such a good deal!!! L & M auto repair has always done an excellent job on my vehicles whenever I have needed repairs or just an oil change. They are very thorough with their inspections and they make sure you are aware of services needed now or in the future. There is no pressure to have things done that you don't want done.

Costly Experience/ Misdiagnosed Repeatedly

I’ve taken my vehicle to L and M Auto Repair multiple times since 2023 for the same recurring issue, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite spending close to $1,000, the problem has not been resolved.

The owner, Caleb, has repeatedly misdiagnosed the issue, suggesting new repairs each time, including replacing parts that were just installed during previous visits. For example, I’ve had to replace two starters and two batteries, only to find out that none of these fixes addressed the root problem.

After our most recent visit, we were assured the vehicle was finally repaired, but the original issue persists. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend so much time and money without any real resolution.

I no longer trust their ability to accurately diagnose or repair my vehicle and would caution others to think twice before bringing their car here. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable repair shop.

L&M Auto Repair fixed and replaced my alternator and coolant pipe. Timely and efficient service. After reviews of coolant pipe and alternator accessibility I made a decision to let it be done by L&M. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I needed my oil changed and alignment fixed on my car and they did an amazing job! I don’t trust many car maintenance shops but I will definitely be coming here for any other work that needs done on my car!
