Andrew was a great help and tow truck operator. Really saved my ass out there on the road. Highly recommended this place to anyone in the area in need of commercial towing & roadside service. Hope I never break down again but if I do hopefully it's near these guys.

We found ourselves in a desperate situation with the coach bus getting stuck, we tried so many companies to get help and most were closed or had no drivers available yet online it says 24 hours emergency roadside. Thank God we came across MERJ fleet and Andrew was so helpful turning a 3 hr wait time into 90 mins. We were so grateful. Scott came out and did his thing and we were out of there in no time. We hope not to use you for a similar problem but, happy to know that we have someone like you to call if in the event we need help again, we know we're in good hands. Thank you again to Scott and Andrew for making a hard situation look easy.

Went for and in-shop service for a tire replacement on a truck, I was quoted $380 tire, ended up paying $630. That's hell of a labor and tire disposal fee. Won't be coming back that's for sure.
Edit: You said I didn't wait too long? We checked in at 10:55am, and left the shop 2pm. 3 hours for a tire. If you think that your fees are justified and fair, you are in the wrong bussiness.

See people getting advantage of who need them.. I call for service it's only 25 minutes away I get pay $600 just to show up and plus 650 extra Labor it was replace a Tire only.. that's crazy but it's good i hope you you owner of merj fleet read this comment. Get more rich don't worry you as me won't call this company again

Outstanding service, I've used them for both, road service & after hrs and stopped at their shop for a quick repair. Both times quick and reasonably. Very friendly and helpful.

Reached out to Joe and his team over at Merj, about painting a couple of our trucks so they matched the rest of our fleet. I was put in contact with Ken who heads up the body shop. Who came out looked over both trucks, gave a accurate quote. When all was said and done, we ended up with two well done trucks that look new. Joe and Ken thank you again, everything from the paint itself to the trim details were on point.

Got my truck buried in snow. Within 30 minutes of my dispatch contacting them, they arrived and pulled me out like a hot knife through butter. The driver was Jason. VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable, VERY skilled at what he does. GREAT job. 👍 I highly recommend these guys.
