Short summary: did an overnight drop off on 3/10, didn’t get an update unless I called them, kept prolonging after they figured out it was my BCM, car got hit in their parking lot (car should have already been returned at this point), was told I would get security footage of accident, it’s been 6 days with no update on my car the unit or anything, I can’t get a rental until my car is at the dealership to get fixed for the damage from the accident.

Long story: I brought my car due to lights flickering after heavy rain. I went over 72 hours with no update on my car, so on 3/14 I called them to find out what was going on. They said they were “meaning to call me” to tell me it’s the BCM unit. They quoted me $730 and I gave them the go ahead on the work. They said they would have the part and work done either the next day 3/15, maybe Monday 3/17. I waited all day Saturday for an update, and got nothing. Again, I had to call them for an update and they told me they would have it done Monday. Monday comes around, and I get sent a voicemail saying (This is only part of the voicemail) “There's nothing crazy. There was a small accident in the parking lot. Your Alfa Romeo did get hit.” Im at work all the way in Smithfield RI when I got this message. I had to leave work putting in PTO (thankfully my bf works with me) to go see the accident and start the paperwork for the insurance. They said they would get me security footage in 3-4 days. They also told me that the BCM would be done on Tuesday 3/18. You would think after everything that’s happened they would be more thoughtful with keeping me updated. Nope. It’s 3/23 on a Sunday (6 days since the accident) and nothing. They gave me the GMs number they day of the accident, but to be completely honest I’m sick of being the one reaching out when it’s my car that got hit while in their possession. I drove past Midas after I got out of work roughly on the 20th or 21st and my car was still in the parking lot after everything that happened. You would think they would keep my car in the garage. I’m not even upset about with the amount of time it’s taking, I just would appreciate knowing what’s happening to the car and where the unit is. It’s been almost 2 weeks when this was supposed to take a few days, max a week. Just feels like they are pushing it to the side which is affecting me, not them. Hopefully this will get someone’s attention.

I have been to many different auto repair/service but after working with Sean I will never go to anyone else. He was professional smart and went way above my expectations. I highly recommend Midas as long as he is there. If there were 10 stars he would get it

Kyle was super awesome during my service appointment! Knowledgeable, polite and empathetic. Gave everyone he came across excellent customer service, even though they were super busy and understaffed! 4 stars due to my poor experience with the manager, definitely should take some pointers from Kyle 🙂

Great experience as always. I only bring my cars to the S. Attleboro Midas location. Very knowledgeable staff, love the digital reviews to me aware of any potential issues and the customer service is always professional. I had the pleasure of working w/Sean Rork who brought to might attention some things that needed urgent attention and was able to have those items addressed even though it was late in the day. Great job Sean and the mechanic who worked on my car.

Sean at Midas in Attleboro is the real deal! I went in for some work on my car, and not only was the service fast, but Sean made the whole experience super easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly without any of that pushy upsell stuff. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and care in car repair shops these days. If you’re looking for quick service and someone who actually listens to your concerns, Sean’s your guy.
