Went in there to get my car looked at b/c I had lights on and they said it was the alternator so they replaced the alternator and the tech said that the old alternator was dirty with greese , grime, and oil….told them to also check the front end b/c it was making noises everywhere I drove it and when I went on the highway the steering wheel shook while going 60 mph… tech said the front end was tight and that my car was 16yrs old that I should expect it to make noises… I also bought 4 tires and had a front end alignment hoping that it was my tires that was making the shaking in my steering wheel the new tires didn’t help still had the shaking . All this took place on Oct 2024…. Fast forward to now Feb 2025 my car starts acting up again with lights going off so I took it to O’Reillys to check to to see why I had all these lights on they said it was the alternator again so I took it back to Monroe’s to get it checked and they said to come back in a day so they could see what was going on.. by the time I took it back a day later by battery was dead so they had to jump start the battery to drive it in garage the tech told me he couldn’t check the alternator b/c of the dead battery so I ended up buying a new battery so he could check the alternator… the new tech ( I had 2 different techs while having my car looked at) asked me if this was a new alternator I said yes that I had it replaced by them in Oct. b/c he said there was oil all over the new alternator. I asked him where was the oil coming from he said it was the gaskets on the engine ..so I remembered that I saw that I had a recall on that same exact thing back in Oct but never got the chance to bring it to the dealer to get it fixed b/c of the holidays… so he told me to go to the dealer to get it fixed b/c it was under the recall…. So I drove my car to the dealer told them all what had happened in Oct with Monroe’s …. The dealer couldn’t believe that the 1st tech back in Oct didn’t tell me that I had a oil leak that he let me drive off with the oil leak dripping on my new alternator knowing that the new alternator was going to get ruined like the first one that he replaced. The dealer found 2 other leaks coming from the engine and Monroe’s never told me about them either…. Had the dealer check my front end to see where the noises was coming from and to the shaking of my steering wheel… they found out that I needed a whole new control bar system with ball joints that the noises was coming from the drivers side and the passenger side needed to get fixed to because they found the control bar was welded to the ball joint… so I asked him if it was safe for me to drive he said no it wasn’t….. So I don’t even know if Monroe’s checked out the front end like I told them to b/c he said that the front end was tight and all good that my car was 16 yrs old that it would make noises…. Let me tell you this was my first and last time that I would ever bring my car over there…. I won’t even let them do an oil change on my car b/c while I was there in Oct 2024 there was another customer that brought in there work truck for and oil change the kid that was working on his oil change when he was finished he was backing up out of the garage and hits another car that was parked out side in a parking space lucky there was no damage to either vehicles but the guy that had the oil change he had to come back b/c the trucks oil light came on and it was running bad and he said he could hear banging underneath the truck .. come to find out the kid that did the oil change he didn’t put the full amount of qts of oil back into the engine I think it was supposed to have 8 qts and I think he put in like 3-4 qts half of what was supposed to be and the banging that he was hearing it was from a shield protector that the kid forgot to put in enough of screws in…. If I could give 0 stars I would…. I wouldn’t trust this place with my vehicle….. I would stay as far away from this place as I can.

Haven’t reviewed a single company before in my life but I had to for these people. Destroyed the paint on my rims and claimed it wasn’t them. All the paint on the outside edge of my rim was scraped of and the inside of my spokes were clearly scraped off with a wire wheel brush from the tool they use to clean the inside of your rim to put weights on. Still they claimed it wasn’t them. They told me they would contact corporate for me and have never heard back. On top of this they couldn’t balance my wheels for the life of them. Went back twice and my car would still shake violently on the highway. And on top of THAT, they promised my car would be done HOURS before it actually was. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone for any service they offer.

I went in for a tire change had an appointment. The whole affair took two hours. I also had a faulty TPMS that wasn't even changed and no offer to change it out. Customer service is nice but the juice ain't worth the squeeze.

Had an appointment there this morning (02/07/2024) to have 2 tires installed that I bought elsewhere. The guys there were very nice and totally professional. They got the job done quickly and obviously knew what they were doing. The price for installation was also a lot lower than I had expected, which was great. I highly recommend for any of your car service needs. 5 ⭐️’s

Dave the mechanics went above ang beyond while doing a routine oil change he noticed the hood of my car has a hard time
Latching. He took it upon his self to fix it no extra charge.
