Shop manager Garrett was fantastic in correcting a website appointment debacle. The shop was unaware of my order and my tires never arrived on the day my appointment was set. Garret reordered my tires , reset my appointment and provided me with excellent service . He was respectful , professional and accommodating to my needs throughout. Honestly if it wasn't for his efforts I would've gone elsewhere. Once everything was sorted the in out process went off without a hitch . Highly recommend the shop but would never use the website or outsourced call center again.

Hands down the best auto shop I've ever been to. Steve store manager and owner is an amazing guy. It's a very friendly, and welcoming kind of place. You bring in your car, he makes you feel comfortable and you don't feel like you're getting ripped off. Had a great talk with him super nice guy definitely my new place to bring my car. Very well priced, very honest, and can't speak highly enough about the place. This is what customer service should be like everywhere, a business that's actually appreciates its customers. I wish there were more like it. definitely calls to make an appointment before you go in, it just makes it easier.

Love love love the guys at Mr Tire on Seneca/Ridge. This was my 3rd time there and they are a complete joy! Super accommodating and they get me in and out pretty quick. My only complaint is when you call the number to make an appt you are directed somewhere different for scheduling and you can’t understand the people in the other end. I’d much rather talk to the facility where I am going. Please change it back to the way it used to be. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment to have my snow tires reinstalled on my vehicle. When I arrived at the shop, the attendant informed me that he was slightly behind schedule, which I understood, considering many others were also getting their snow tires put on. After a two-hour wait, my vehicle was brought back, but I was told that I had brought the wrong tires. I explained that my husband's tires were next to mine, and since I live just five minutes away, I could easily retrieve the correct ones and return. However, he insisted that they could not wait even ten minutes for me to get the right tires, despite my two-hour wait. This was completely unreasonable, and I would not recommend making an appointment or visiting this shop, as they do not value their customers or their time.

After an awful experience at a different location I walked in 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday and was met with the most compassionate service. Found the issue that was undetected twice at the location the service was originally done at and they stayed late to do the work on my car and to ensure I had a safe vehicle on the road. 10/10 to every person in that shop !

I went to Mr. Tire to get a simple flat tire repaired for my 2012 Santa Fe, and what I experienced was shocking. Not only did they try to upcharge me over $1,300 for unnecessary services—claiming I needed all new tires and tie rods when both are in perfectly good condition—but they also put my safety at serious risk.

When I asked to take my car home to review their bloated estimate, they assured me they would "button it up." However, after driving it home and hearing a rattling noise, I took it to my father, who owns a transmission shop, to investigate. What he found was appalling: the tire that was going flat wasn’t tightened properly, and an unrelated tire had only a FEW THREADS turned. That tire was so loose I could have lost it entirely while driving 60 mph on the thruway.

This level of negligence is not just unprofessional; it’s dangerous. If I hadn’t taken my car to someone I trust, this could have resulted in a catastrophic accident.

I cannot emphasize enough how unsafe and unethical this experience was. Not only was there a clear attempt to overcharge me for unnecessary work, but their failure to properly tighten my tires could have caused serious harm to me or others on the road. I strongly urge anyone considering this shop to think twice about trusting them with your vehicle.
