If you are a middle-aged woman and have had a surgeries as preventive care due to BRCA 1, be prepared to have your appointment cancelled and rescheduled 6 months out. I expressed to her nurse that I didn't think that was right to make me wait now a year and a half to have my well woman checkup. Dr. Lambert told her to let me know that because I've had all my surgeries and am not having any problems, it is okay to make me wait 6 more months to see her. In addition, I feel seeing my OB yearly is important to ensure I am still healthy. Obviously, I switched back to my previous OBGYN who values all her patients regardless of not having all their lady parts.

Upon arrival, front desk could do a better job at communicating to patients when doctors are running behind. I dread coming here for my appointments because they are always double booking patients and is always such a long wait. Otherwise, the doctors are great.

My experience was awful with Dr. Rachel Lambert for my first ever pregnancy. Firstly, the facility felt like a flop house with no care for patient care. I had to wait for an entire hour in the waiting room and seen less than 5 mins every single appointment. My first appointment with her you would think for a first time pregnancy your doctor would sit down and ask you if you had any questions..that was not the case. I was called by her at work in the middle of the day to receive horrible news about my pregnancy I immediately had to leave work. Later after researching myself there are at least two things that I could have been offered earlier on in my pregnancy or been explained at the minimum to avoid a later issue with my pregnancy. As the patient you will have to advocate for yourself. When I was told the horrible news about my pregnancy she rather talk over me and blame the laws instead of listening to why I was upset. I had to interrupt her several times to demonstrate my hurt and frustration. After losing my pregnancy I had a post op and met with another doctor and the same nurse practitioner that always saw me didn’t even say I’m sorry for your loss. I am not a person to write reviews ever but after experiencing and explaining to so many others they all agreed that how I was treated was not right. Furthermore, to the women please advocate for yourself and I hope no one else experiences what I went through with this facility.
