Very positive experience at Rams both times I had service to my XTerra. Wheel balance and alignment. Ram and Suki are friendly knowledgeable and very pleasant. I will definitely come back in the future if need be and highly recommend this shop.

Went in for an alignment. It was fast. He let me watch him work he explained the alignment and also asked me if I had any questions. driving the car after it's straight no pulling no issues.

These guys are by far the most fair, comfortable car service I have experienced in my 15+ years of driving. Punctual, honest, hard working! They explained everything they were doing, they made me feel so welcomed, they didn't give up even when one of the bolts was so rusted that required a replacement. They did my alignment and mount 4 new tires, balanced, perfectly! No attitude, honest, straightforward and even funny! I couldn't be more happier! I found myself a car mechanic I can finally trust! I can't wait to come back!

I went today for an alignment and the owner didn’t care that I was recommended by my mechanic. He looked at my car to charge me, then he was on his phone and left me there like if I wasn’t talking to him. Very disrespectful. I recommend Star Automotive Repair Auto shop. The owner is very nice and charges very reasonable prices and doesn’t care if you have a luxurious car or not.

I was lucky enough to work with the Owner "Mr. Ram" and his very accommodating associate today. My Shelby GT350 went through a terrible accident that caused major issue with the alignment. And, Ram fixed the issue like a magic.

Though I called him and went there at really late time (6PM, when his shop closes at 7PM), Ram and his associate, they both were very welcoming.

My car has the latest aftermarket Rear camber and toe arms which not many have dealt with. However, Ram performed the task like he has been dealing with my part +30yrs after quick assessment.

Mr. Ram took care of my car and the parts like it's his own. He made sure that he is only touching where that can take griping force. And, he was very careful with where he put his hands on to avoid any scratches.

I see some people saying that his place is overrated and he charges too much for the quick job. Ah.. in that case I think the person can go to Queens Junkyard Autoshops that will do the job cheaper than him. YOU SHOULD LEARN. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Ram has deep mechanical knowledge in many moving parts and If I were you I would definitely go to Mr. Ram instead of going to a trainee at a dealership who knows nothing about how car parts work and do exactly whatever the machine tells to do.

Mr. Ram even diagnosed a problem with one of my parts and advised to replace to better perform the wheel alignment. REGARDLESS OF THE IMPERFECTION OF THE PART, he still managed to make my car to go straight.

I'm going to go back to him once I receive the part. Oh yeah, I'm bringing my friends with me, too. This is the place you want to recommend to your friends or family.
