RMS provides outstanding, honest, friendly and knowledgeable service to my 2004 Malibu. They recently worked on the front axles under an estimate of $600.
As they progressed with the work, they found further work was needed. That work would normally have cost about $2000, but they just charged the original $600.
They also loaned me a nice free car for 5 days as they took 2 days to find a special tool and were delayed by a weekend.
I'll use RMS as long as I own this car or any other car that is out of dealer warranty. I've referred RMS to several friends.

My car hood had been invaded by a raccoon, which chewed through the soundproofing material and made itself a home inside, leaving behind quite a mess. I’m not sure how long it had been living there, as I only discovered it today. Before deciding to take it to a repair shop, I called several auto shops, but their attitudes were quite poor, as if I owed them something already. Feeling desperate, I drove to RMS, and they told me they’ve dealt with many similar situations. Not only were they highly experienced, but they also removed the raccoon free of charge and even allowed me to wash the front of my car. The kind gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) who helped remove the raccoon even got sprayed with its urine, yet he didn’t charge me anything. I’m truly grateful to him!!! I wish your business great success, and I will definitely return if I ever face any issues in the future!

Very good customer service and fair prices are what keep me returning here for auto care. They will do a thorough checkup of your car, and send you a detailed report prioritizing what needs to done urgently, down to items that will need maintenance later on. You have the option of authorizing or declining any of the work. They will make suggestions but won’t push you if you can’t currently spend the money. All very friendly and helpful staff!

I was very happy with the service I received. I initially went to RMS to have my car checked and find out what was making a weird scratching sound. RMS did a complimentary and thorough assessment of my entire car. They removed the rock lodged in my brake and then after then had to replace a torn CV axel shaft that was found from the assessment. There was a major issue with the car pulling after the replacement. However, the most impressive service from my whole experience was Whitney and the crews’ continued dedication to making sure my car left in better condition than it came in. After some more testing, the issue was found and fixed, at no additional cost to me! They were not like other shops that try to load up costs and do unnecessary maintenance. Whitney and RMS were incredibly dedicated to their work, honest, and the customer service was the best I’ve had in this city. Would definitely recommend.

Really appreciate this shop. Their system to make an appointment online to summarize your problems is great. And they use a system where they post pictures and videos of any work that needs to be done and walk through the inspection with you. It feels so transparent. I'm a huge fan and I definitely recommend them!

Have been happy client for nearly 3 years! RMS has done oil changes, brake work, shock absorber suspension work, and installed a new drive belt in my older vehicle. Front office honest and friendly. All techs have achieved master status. Easy to set appointment online. Highly recommend!

This is my go to place for all of my car repair needs. Whitney is a rock star. She was able to easily diagnose my issue and present me with my options. They don't price gouge or pressure you into repairs you don't need. And they stand behind their work with amazing warranties. I had them replace a part that failed a year after install and they fixed it for free. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.
