I go through service drive because I have my car through Easy Loan auto and they go through them for repairs. I definitely feel the amount they charged me for the parts and labor were a little excessive considering when we got the vehicle there were issues with it from the get go. We did void our warranty because we kept having to pay a 500 deductible each time when something came about. My muffler was rotted to the core and we didn't have another 500 at the time to pay so we tried fixing it and it didn't work so when we finally got the money we ended up paying almost 5000 to dollars for the repairs needed on the truck. I called around for pricing other places while our truck was at service drive and everywhere else was lower. I feel because easy loan auto and service drive work together they charge more for vehicles that already have issues. Again, after we purchased our truck we noticed there were TONS of things wrong with it. We are NEVER late with our payments either. We actually had a battery that had screws through it at one time to keep the connection going and that passed there inspection which mind screwed us because we have no idea how that was allowed and it caused us to have to pay for tows when we needed it fixed. I just wish the pricing wasn't so high at service drive when others places were cheaper if we would of known that maybe we would of went else where.

Last thing, as a woman coming to service drive I feel intimidated by the men sometimes when you first walk in. They act as if I know nothing when in reality I know some because my father is a mechanic. Its their demeanor on how they come off to woman. Other than the pricing, the way I feel when I first walk in and the crazy screws through my battery they are an okay place.

Gave 2 stars because it was easy to schedule an appointment online. After reading great reviews I was excited to give this place a try. Would have been a repeat customer. However, whoever was at the front desk was very short with me. He was not welcoming at all. I guess because he seen me pull up in an older vehicle. I'm not sure. Anyway was not what I expected...I'm used to people being a little more friendly. As I sat in the waiting area I changed my mind and decided to go elsewhere. Yeah the price was also a bit much just to diagnose the problem. I would have been willing to pay had the customer service/interaction been better.

Very professional place with quick service. The staff was so friendly and caring. They checkin with you often in the waiting area so you’re not wondering what’s going with your car while its being looked at. The waiting area and bathrooms were nice and clean. They had water, coffee, and tv for their customers.They gave me all the options about fixing my car and were very honest. I will be returning!

Waited a lil bit over 2 weeks for my vehicle and they call me to tell me my vehicle is “good” and go there to pick it up and turn the car on and instantly I get a check engine light and auto start stop unavailable. I didn’t even give my vehicle to them with a check engine light on plus they said it was good. Now I have to be out with a vehicle for who knows how long more.

I never write reviews for places but after todays experience I felt like I had to. I had the best experience at Service Drive. I have been to many auto repair/ maintenance stores and this one tops all. They are very nice and have the best customer service. As a girl who does not know much about cars it can be daunting going to get my car checked out. They were so friendly and weren't condescending and just overall it was a great experience. I will be taking my car to Service Drive for all of my car needs in the future. Thank you so much!

They are always professional and nice and kind. They always fix the problem the same day. I picked my car up today and I was so happy they helped me and didn’t charge me. I had got my car towed there and the place that towed it for me charged me 200 and then miss diagnosed the issue and service drive solved my problem and didn’t charge me, I was so grateful for that. They always help and look out for me. Most importantly they are so nice and polite!

This place is the best place I’ve ever taken my car to in Buffalo. Super nice staff, they don’t try to upsell you anything you don’t need. I consider my car a part of my family. I now consider everyone at Service Drive my family too!! Thank you for keeping my car running the way it should and keeping me safe on the road!

Service drive is amazing. I’ve never had a mechanic so willing to help. Any time I have to go into their establishment I am well taken care. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. Steve is AMAZING.This is a wonderful establishment, I will continue to go back. 10/10🙂
