I've been coming to the Visalia office for about 5 years now & I really truly love my providers! Cindy is amazing, she's always rooting for me, she hears me & understands me. She's always makes sure to keep me informed on what I need to know, or what to look to with my other providers as well.
I recently started seeing Pam as Cindy was out & she is just as amazing! I really appreciate the infusion team! That girls are always so sweet & caring.

I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks to hear back regarding medication I need. They never gave me a time frame and I have tried calling daily for the last week with no answer everyday no matter the time of day. Very unprofessional and I recommend to stay away from this office if you’re looking for a consistent or professional office.

This office is extremely unhelpful with all things billing. Although Quest made the initial mistake with my bloodwork order, it’s been over a year of me trying to get in contact with this office to fix it and they either do not answer or return my calls or have not been helpful in clearing up the issue. Really disappointing because my intital impression was that this office was ran efficiently.

Great experience here! The staff was very helpful, even after being late to my appointment. Doctor Brandon Giullian is an expert in his field. He explained all results and was very personable. If the other doctors at this practice operate like Dr. Giullian, this is hands down the best practice in the valley for arthritis and rheumatology.

I've been going to Dr Watrous for over 15 years and have been well taken care of! Dr Watrous listens when I have a complaint and tries to accommodate my requests. The Nurse Practitioners are great at listening and explaining the steps of treatment. The wait time had decreased considerably over the last year - I appreciate that they work hard to make their office better.

The medical provider is unprofessional. He is disrespectful, uses foul language, and is quite condescending as many have previously reported. Patients deserve quality care and they are better off going to Stanford Healthcare or anyone else other than him.
