TL;DR - You won't find a better shop as a GT-R owner. The quality and commitment to their work is second to none, and they make sure you’re happy before you walk out the door with their product.

Longer version –
It’s going to be difficult to say enough good things about these guys. My GT-R started as a tame, stock machine before I worked with The Shop and they were able to take exactly what I wanted and make it a reality. I wanted a more visceral car than I went in with, with reasonable power levels while maintaining solid reliability as a daily cruiser or cross-country rally car. A little different goal than most GT-R owners, with high-power drag cars being all the rage these days, but these guys were without a doubt up to the challenge.

From the exceptional installation work to the meticulous procurement of only the best, most trusted parts in the industry, The Shop impresses me at every level. Whether it was an Ecutek tune that would control the entirety of how the car behaved at a mechanical level to the carbon fiber body parts, The Shop consistently takes the extra step to make sure everything is perfect and exactly to your design.

David, Vaughn, Kaina, and all the guys at The Shop are just a blast to work with, and you can definitely tell that your satisfaction is important to them. The community that follows the sale is worth mentioning, as these guys treat you like family and The Shop Experience doesn’t end when you drive out of the garage. You become part of something bigger when you work with the Shop, take your car here and you won’t be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about The Shop Houston. Unfortunately we had to take them up on an offer to fix our car while in Texas at the TX2K23 event. Everyone, I mean everyone that was involved from the owners, technicians, sales people and fabricators were amazing. We were given full run of the shop to include tools, equipment, supplies...etc

They called to check in on us while we were there and also came to the pits at the track and made sure that we were good to go after the repairs.

Their work speaks for itself and the Shop Houston already has its stellar reputation, but this review is more personal because they didn't do any of the above to make money, but to help fellow racers in need! Thanks everyone for going above and beyond to help us out!!

I had Apple Car Play put in my Fiat 124 Spider Abarth. Not easy. Had to use Mazda part. Difficult and unusual install. Works perfectly. They figured it out. I love it!

The Shop Houston has been great at making me a priority as a customer. They built me a gangster VQ37 which made 900WHP in my 370Z and have done tons of upgrades on my GTR which makes 1500WHP. They point out potential issues, have a ton of great parts on hand, know what the best technology available is for multiple performance platform, and do killer fab work as well.

My preferred performance shop in Houston. Kaina and Vaughn have always had great customer service and made sure there was a resolution for every problem. I wish they were closer to the north side, but it is what it is. Clean and professional work here. 🥇

The Shop Houston has a solid reputation among the GTR community and I experienced first-hand their phenomenal customer service and professionalism. I needed hep diagnosing an issue with my 96 Honda Civic and they were able to identify the issue and get my car running again the same day. While they typically work on vehicles worth 10x the value of my car, they consistently treated me with the same quality as anyone else!
