I recently took my car to Tire Depot for a tire rotation and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they made sure to explain everything clearly to me. The entire process was quick and efficient, taking less time than I expected. Thank you so much Omar… I didn’t know where to go or what to do….and you helped me and for that I appreciate you and your team… everyone was so friendly and supportive… I hate waiting in repair shops but, I didn’t mind in your repair shop… it was clean and you offered coffee and water… that was the touch I needed while I wait… and you guys sold me a very nice full set of tires… and that’s what I wanted and you made that price very reasonable for me… I left happy and I was in and out…. I have been forgetting to write this review & I am so glad I have waited to write it until now because I have so much to say!!
I was recommended by someone I knew to have my car looked at by the owners of this establishment. I know absolutely nothing about cars and my husband is my go to but once the check engine light came on we both knew it was time to get the car fixed.
Let me tell you we live 3 hours away and before we found The Tire Depot in Buffalo New York we had gotten quote after quote and they were all quoting us right around $3200. With the holidays approaching the stress was on. Coming across The Tire Depot the owners were down to earth, didn’t just quote us but told us the price up front once they knew what the problem was and didn’t play any games like your big companies do to try and get more money from us. They saved us $950 compared to the bigger companies we live near! Everything went amazing, the owner Joe even introduced me to the person who would be doing the work on the car! So much worry fell off knowing it was in good hands!
A week later the motor for my windshield wipers stopped working, I travelled back to Buffalo and they got us in quickly. There was some miscommunication and things were figured out and fixed right away, they even offered to make it right as much as they could! The work was done well, spot on with what the problem was and got it done in about 3 hrs earlier than expected!
Then this past week I lost heat in my car and with the winter already approaching and creeping up on us fast, and with how cold it was, the worry set in. So because the last two times were the best experience, I got quotes from around where I live and once again The Tire Depot out did it again and saved us so much money! They were quick efficient worked with us well!
I don’t think we could ever go anywhere else with our cars. We will always make the drive as they keep proving to be the best place to go, keeping worries at ease with vehicles we need!
Please don’t look anywhere else.
As said above my car was in the best hands, they were quick, efficient, was knowledgeable, and didn’t take advantage of us. Not only that they are so down to earth as well! Please please don’t go anywhere else you won’t be sorry 🤗

Never been here personally but my brother in law constantly speaks about the work ethic within the establishment 10/10! Out of the handful of times he has gone he claims the workers make it feel as tho he’s been a customer since he owned his first car. Which in my opinion is amazing to hear bc he trusts no one with his vehicles! Not even myself! Lol So thank you to each and every worker who has taken part in the fixing of his pride and joy! <3

The team at The Tire Depot were true lifesavers! We were driving from Toronto to White Plains and discovered a problem with our tire. They were the only ones that had the tire we needed, and they were incredibly efficient and helpful - even providing us with a tow service that was faster and more efficient than AAA. They changed our tire and couldn’t have been more helpful! Great team, great service and a great attitude!
