I can't say enough great things about The Waller! The building itself is stunning—modern, sleek, and filled with top-tier amenities that truly make it feel like a luxury experience. The rooftop pool and lounge area have some of the best views in Austin, and the fitness center is better than most private gyms!

But the real star of the show is Hannah. She is hands down the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly leasing agent I've ever worked with. From the initial tour to move-in day, she made the entire process seamless. She answered all my questions with patience, walked me through every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. If you're considering The Waller, do yourself a favor and ask for Hannah—you won’t regret it!

I have been living at The Waller, and it’s been an amazing experience so far! The leasing community staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the rental process smooth and stress-free. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym and Joe’s coffee shop conveniently located in the lobby.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Austin on 11th Street. You’re within walking distance of many local stores, and Waterloo Park is nearby, which my dog absolutely loves. What stands out the most is the prompt and efficient handling of maintenance requests. Any issues I’ve had were addressed quickly, which is a huge plus.

Overall, The Waller is one of the best properties I’ve ever lived at. Highly recommended!

Living at the Waller has been such a tremendous experience. The units and amenities are impeccable, I can confidently state that The Waller is one of the most luxurious high rises in Austin Texas. I think so highly of Patrick and the entire leasing team for always going above and beyond for their residents! They are all truly spectacular. The Waller is the dream apartment. The staff is super friendly including Gustavo, Javier, Hannah, Nico, Hailey, and Tray. Patrick helped me get situated here a few months ago and I’ve been loving it ever since. They always send out important emails wayyyy ahead of time and will post signs of improvements they’re making to the building. The staff is super transparent and they are always in a positive mood. They are also super pet friendly, always offering my pup a treat after we walk. This is the dream place :))
