Someone poked a hole in my tire but, instead of getting upset, I went right to Tires Plus. Paul was fair with price and fun to talk to.
My tire replacement was so fast, I could barely walk to Sprouts next door before the job was done. They made my one day off feel like I didn't even spend it worrying about a tire problem.
I'd recommend them to anyone looking for tire care. A GREAT location.

I went in on a rainy Sunday and was told it was going to be three hours to repair my tire. The wait was not the problem. It was the fact of the person making me feel like an inconvenience so I left even though I had coverage and spent money elsewhere, with no regrets. Tire Plus needs to spend a day down the street with Tire Kingdom so they can learn how to treat their customers

I recently visited Tires Plus for a tire repair and left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. Upon arrival, I requested that my tire be plugged if possible. I was also quoted a price for a new tire, but I felt rushed and unsure of the quality of the tire they were recommending. An hour later, I was informed that they could plug the tire and that I could pick up the car in another hour. Shortly after, I received a second call stating that my tire sensor was broken, but they wouldn’t charge me for it. This was confusing because my tire sensor wasn’t broken when I dropped off the car.
When I picked up the car, I was quickly checked out and told that the tire sensor light would turn off on its own. However, when I reviewed the invoice, it stated that the sensor had been broken during the process of plugging the tire. It’s frustrating that something I didn’t break was covered under the premise of “customer service,” when it was their error to begin with. Additionally, my tire sensor system hasn’t been reset, and the warning light remains on. Now, I have to take the car back in hopes that they’ll fix what they broke. Overall, I’m disappointed with the service and communication throughout this process.
