Shout out to Rickie who initially took my call and Greg who worked on the tires. With no scheduled appointment, they (Greg)was able to take a look at the tires, explain and assure my son (and a call to me as well) that all good. Great customer service.

Damaged a tire and showed up at the Plainville store with no appointment… met Joseph at the front desk, extremely busy on this Saturday morning but Joseph exhibited the highest level of customer service by fitting me in, no notice. He was kind, professional, courteous and clearly cares about making customers happy. Came with a completely flat tire and a leaking stem on another, they fixed with no issue and at a great price. Great customer service from Ricky and Zack, and the technician Aiden did his job very well. Great experience and will definitely come back with any tire or break issues in the future.

Traveling from a funeral in Rhode Island to home in upstate New York, we unfortunately ran over a nail on the highway, and began losing air in our front tire. We made it to town Fair tire in Plainville where Greg greeted us and did everything in his power to help us. We had a replacement tire put on and was back on the road again in no time. I can’t thank the team enough that made this happen , and know that having Greg on that team is a great asset!
