Their service was great. However, the alignment was not done correctly. I now have wear where there wasn't and the alignment is obviously still out so nowni will have to have it done somewhere else and pay for a new alignment. I followed their advice on getting my tires checked and changed them out accordingly. Just be careful when using them.

We decided to have our car checked out at a local alignment shop called Valdosta Alignment. First off, these were some seasoned alignment guys, they've been in the business 40+ years and did things old school! It was awesome to see them still kicking it and doing quality & honest work! They can and will be able to get your vehicle alignment squared away!!

He did the work and it so far it’s good, but he decided to price gouge me. Went in under the impression of paying 375 for lower control arm replacement and alignment because one of them said thats what it would be, after it was done he decided to jack the price to $515 because “it took an extra set of hands” and started giving me excuses on how he had to charge me more for doing things that didn’t need to happen even though nothing he did made any difference, don’t trust these boys, they’re just out to jack up the price at the last second when you come to get it something done. He will try to say that you have to do something because it’ll damage the car more but it won’t do anything to it.

Edit: after getting my truck worked on, I found that there were two loose nuts on the control arm and my CV axle boot had been ripped, he said he would replace it and install the other one, when I bought the axle I took him the receipt and he said he would only give me $75 out of the $120 because “it was more work than he expected” he will try to tell you incorrect information about your car to get more money from you, don’t trust this clown.

Been using these guys for years. Mr. Bill and his staff are always busy, and there's a reason for that - they're the BEST in south GA. Everytine i tinker with my suspension i pay these guys a visit.

Really wish I read the reviews before going in! Most of them say "old school" skills and that is definitely true because they have no new car knowledge and they were extremely rude from the start .
Got a quote over the phone for a four-wheel drive alignment ( that is the only option for my type of vehicle) he said it was going to be $85. I made an appointment and went in the next day, by the time he was done with the work (after adding air to the tires and tightening some nuts and bolts that I did not ask him to do) he decided to push up the price to $190 - he also took way longer than he needed to, but a friend of his stopped by the shop to chit chat about their home projects making me late for work.
I guess I just have to chalk it up to another bad mechanic in the area and I'll keep shopping for a good honest one.
