Had my Hyundai Tucson shampoo-ed and detailed over here. Got a deal better than Groupon and the job was nicely done. Was updating me while the job was going on as well as showing me the progress. It took about 4+hours and happy with the work.

The biggest waste of $300 I’ve ever spent! I thought the Groupon was a steal until I actually saw what I paid for. My appointment was at 10:30a and I was quoted 2-3 hours max for the full detail with shampoo, likely 3 because of lunch. I had work at 6:30p and hadn’t received a call saying the work was complete by 4p so I called and he said to give him another hour. I called again at 5 and told him I was heading over because, for the third time telling him that day, I had work at 6:30. He said it would absolutely be finished by 5:30 and when I arrived, it was soaking wet (first few pics). I asked if there was anything I needed to do and he said to leave the windows down for a day. I told him I had to work and it was going to rain that night and he said, “I don’t know what to tell you”. Mind you, he didn’t even acknowledge me until almost 11a or provide any accommodations or hospitality for customers staying through their detail (I changed my mind and had someone pick me up). I should’ve known by how filthy the couch was that there was no way my car would be clean when it got back to me. The stain on the backseat wasn’t even there when I dropped it off so not only did I not have my existing stains removed, I now have more. Also, they seem to have used the same dirty rag to wipe down all of my glass surfaces because now I have streaks on my displays, windows, and mirrors. I have no idea what they did with my car all day but it certainly wasn’t what was advertised. At a minimum, I shouldn’t have to go behind them to clean. I doubt the owner of this establishment will even care about this review seeing how arrogant he was in his interactions with me but hopefully it will save some of you money.

Very pleasant experience and easy to work with. Got an appointment and my car fixed all within 24 hours. I needed new brake rotors, pads and brake service. He took my appointment over the phone, ordered the parts and next day everything was done.
Highly recommended Auto Repair and Service shop.

I came to YRK Customz back in November to get my brake pads done. They were VERY friendly, affordable, & most important thorough. I sat & stayed the entire service & they did not take long at all. Fast forward to February. I had an incident where another car shop failed to tighten the lug nuts on my tires after a tire rotation causing my tire to completely come off. I called YRK Customz & they were there in less than an hour to tow my vehicle & fix it right on up! They ordered the parts that I needed & also checked all the other tires to make sure that there were no other problems. They were able to properly diagnose what the issue was & show me what we should do going forward so that this problem never happened again. I would recommend YRK Customz to all of my family & friends! They really helped me when I needed it the most! Thank you YRK!!!!!

I had a great experience here. The staff were professional and promptly began working on my car. I forgot to take a before photo, but there is a substantial improvement in the condition of my headlights. I Can See Clearly!
